Pitt Stop to Wall Street (PSWS) is the University of Pittsburgh's premier student-let investment banking organization, dedicated to preparing students for careers in high-finance. Through technical training, mentorship, and industry exposure, we help Pitt students unlock roles at top-tier investment banks and financial institutions.
PSWS is built on the belief that Pitt students can–and should– break into high finance. We've walked the path and are here to make it easier for others.
We prep you with hands-on training in technicals skills, market knowledge, and interview prep to make sure our members are offer-ready.
Fellow are paired with personal, undergrad mentors and industry alumni providing guidance, feedback, and support through the recruitment process.

We guide our fellows through every stage of the IB recruiting process– from early prep to final offers. Starting Fall Sophomore year, our approach ensures you're offer-ready for interviews.

Get personal coaching through behavioral, technical, and markets interview preparation, coupled with industry guest speakers.
Start interviews mid-December to May and land your offer! Work with your PSWS mentors to navigate interview timelines and acceptances.
